The gym is where I work shit out!

Here are a few things I’ve discovered about myself while working out

  • the gym is where I take out my frustrations when I’m pissed at the world.
  • early mornings are my favourite time to work out as there are rarely more then 20 people there at 5:30 am
  • lifting weights is a lot more fun than cardio
  • new muscles excite me
  • being really sore from a workout is the bomb-diggity
  • for the first time in my life I’m proud of my body
