The gym is where I work shit out!
Here are a few things I’ve discovered about myself while working out
- the gym is where I take out my frustrations when I’m pissed at the world.
- early mornings are my favourite time to work out as there are rarely more then 20 people there at 5:30 am
- lifting weights is a lot more fun than cardio
- new muscles excite me
- being really sore from a workout is the bomb-diggity
- for the first time in my life I’m proud of my body
