Life needs to be appreciated, and I would say right now I have a lot of work to do. Let’s get this sorted!
I’ve been going to the city gym 3 days a week doing some basic cardio work to get my breathing and movement back to an acceptable level. It’s funny to walk at a 5KM an hour pace and see how much sweat and energy I burn. It’s been really interesting but enjoyable.
I’m presently sitting at about 304 lbs at 6 foot exactly, and I’d like that number to come down quite a bit. I’d like to bring that down to about 200. I feel like that’s pretty acceptable for my height.
- 3 days per week at the gym for a minimum of an hour.
- 3-4 days taking my daughter(s) outside for an hour or so.
- Stop smoking completely March 31st
- Plan meals
- Document successes and failures on my blog using a Daily Planner
