Today in Canada is Bell Let’s Talk Day. A day that is focused on ending the stigma regarding mental health . We need to remember however, that although it’s important to talk about mental health it’s also important to listen.
Seriously where did 2016 go?
I don’t know about you but for me it seems like we just wrong in the new year a few weeks ago. So many people are talking about 2016 being their worse year and they seem to be blaming it on the amount of celebrities that died. My view on this may be an unpopular one but it’s mine – If the amount of celebrity deaths ruined your year you may not be living your life to your fullest potential. Continue reading
This post has been sitting as a draft for almost a month now and seeing as it’s still bothering me I figured it was high time that I pressed publish!
Today is an important day for me – It’s World IBD Day and it’s something that I normally acknowledge by making a $50 donation to Crohn’s And Colitis Canada but this year I did something different. Every time I used the bathroom today I texted the word flush and it donated $5. A little TMI but today I used the bathroom 14 times. Which isn’t to bad considering some people with Crohn’s go up to 30 time a day! Continue reading
